Henry Moreno

Henry Moreno

Founder and President of Bainbridge Environmental Consultants, Inc.

Mr. Moreno has personally overseen every project provided by Bainbridge and believes in a very hands on approach. He treats every client with respect and because of that he has established long standing relationships with many of his clients.

Mr. Moreno received his bachelor‘s degree in Architecture from the University of Miami and utilizes his knowledge of a building’s structure and components in the projects completed by Bainbridge. He is a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC), EPA-EHERA Certified Inspector and State of CA DPH Lead Related Inspector/Assessor among many other certifications.

GAGE THOMPSON

GAGE THOMPSON

Director of Operations.

Mr. Thompson is a California Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) and a Lead Related Construction, Inspector/Assessor. He is NIOSH 582 Certified. He has been with Bainbridge Environmental for over seven (7) years and has seven (7) years of environmental industry related experience. He has extensive knowledge in SCAQMD Rule 1403, EPA, NESHAP, AHERA, OSHA, TSCA, RCRA and DOT rules and regulations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from University of Phoenix.

He has performed and managed all phases of project management involving surveys, specifications and abatement monitoring for regulated material such as asbestos, lead-based paint, lead in waste water, mold, carbon black, PCB’s and other hazardous materials. He is experienced in SCAQMD Procedure 5 (P5) work plans write-ups and implementation.

Mr. Thompson utilizes his background being a former Marine as a Project Manager in supervising field technicians, establishing, and managing project timelines, schedules, meetings, and budgets from start to completion. Areas of expertise include consulting and support for Asbestos and Lead-based Paint, Microbial-Fungi-Indoor Air Quality Consulting Services, Asbestos and Lead Abatement Specifications, Construction/Abatement Administration and Monitoring, Construction/Remediation Management and Monitoring, Asbestos Hazardous Emergency Response Act (AHERA) 3-year re-inspections.

Experience With Educational Institutions and Government Agencies – Mr. Thompson has been working with Colleges, Universities, K-12 School Districts and Government Agencies for over seven (7) years.
