CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL (CHP)

Bainbridge Environmental Consultants, Inc., is proud to be of service to the men and women of the California Highway Patrol (CHP). Throughout the seven (7) years that Bainbridge EnvironmentalConsultants has been contracted by the CHP Facilities Section, we have effectively completed hundreds of projects at over 35 CHP Facilities and Weigh Stations. The projects performed included asbestos, lead-based paint and mold sampling surveys, abatement written specifications, Category 3 – Black Water Intrusion Investigations, project monitoring and clearances and Southern California Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Procedure 5 (P5) abatement work plans.

BOEING

Bainbridge Environmental Consultants Inc., has provided Hazardous Building Material Consulting Services to the Boeing Company. Over 300 projects have been successfully completed throughout the County of Orange. Services performed have included surveys, written specifications, monitoring and clearances for asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, beryllium and other hazardous material services.

GARDEN GROVE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT

Bainbridge Environmental Consultants Inc., has provided Garden Grove Unified School District with Hazardous Building Material Consulting Services for its District Wide Modernization program to renovate and improve school facilities. Bainbridge was selected to provide environmental consulting services for Garden Grove High School, a $100 Million Campus Wide Modernization Project. It is the largest Modernization Project of its kind in Orange County history.

CITRUS COLLEGE

Bainbridge Environmental Consultants Inc., has provided Hazardous Building Material Consulting Services to Citrus College for over twenty-four (24) years. Hundreds of projects have been successfully completed throughout the 104-acre campus. Services performed have included asbestos, lead-based paint and mold sampling surveys, abatement written specifications, project monitoring and clearances and South County Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Procedure 5 (P5) abatement work plans.

UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA LOS ANGELES (UCLA)

Bainbridge Environmental Consultants Inc. has provided Hazardous Building Material Consulting Services to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Design, Project Maintenance & Operations (DPMO) office. Over 35 projects have been successfully completed throughout the 419 acre campus. Our services performed included asbestos, lead-based paint and mold sampling surveys, abatement written specifications, project monitoring, and clearances, and South County Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Procedure 5 (P5) abatement work plans.

CITY OF SANTA MONICA

Bainbridge Environmental Consultants, Inc., was selected to provide Hazardous Building Materials and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Consulting Services to the City of Santa Monica Civic Center Auditorium’s $47 Million Remodel and Seismic Retrofit Project. This Project involved environmental testing of all interior partitions, structures, flooring and staging for asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold in anticipation of the retrofit program. The program encompassed detailed coordination of the proposed renovations and repairs with the city architects, engineers, and historical preservation agencies. Services performed included asbestos, lead-based paint and mold/fungi sampling surveys, abatement written specifications, abatement/remediation project monitoring, and environmental testing for re-occupancy of abated/remediation.

COMPTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Bainbridge Environmental Consultants, Inc., has provided Hazardous Building Materials Consulting Services and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Consulting Services to Compton Community College district projects related to renovations, demolition,and water intrusion incidents. Services performed included asbestos, lead-based paint and mold/fungi sampling surveys, abatement written specifications, project monitoring and clearances.
